Sandra Nelson

Sandra Nelson Winkler (more commonly credited as Sandra Nelson) (born December 29, 19?? in Madison, Wisconsin) is an American actress. She is best known as the second actress to play the role of Phyllis Summers Newman on The Young and the Restless from 1997 to late 1998.
Nelson's other credits include guest roles on Monk, Without a Trace, ER, Highlander: The Series, Just Legal, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine and Star Trek: Voyager.
Nelson has been married to actor Charles Winkler since September 6, 1998.
