Sanderian Lancers are a fictional military unit in the Sword of Truth series by Terry Goodkind.

The Sanderian Lancers are one of the toughest fighting force in the Midlands. The have huge horses, all dusky brown or black. The lancers themselves are bedecked with polished breastplates, chain mail, and leather, and most carry lances or poles topped with long flags of high office and rank.
