Sanada Nobutsuna

Sanada Nobutsuna (真田信綱?) (1537-1575) a retainer of the japanese clan of Takeda during the Sengoku period (16th century) of Japan. Nobutsuna had been the eldest son of Sanada Yukitaka. Nobutsuna soon rose the ranks to the extent that he had become one of Takeda Shingen's famous Twenty-Four Generals. Nobutsuna had afterwards been renowned as a veteran of many a battle. During the Battle of Nagashino within the year of 1575, Nobutsuna would lead over 200 horsemen. Nobutsuna would end up being killed throughout the vastness of the battle. Also, one of his nephews, Sanada Yukimura (Nobushige) became one of the most famous samurai of this time period.
