San Quinn is a rapper from the Fillmore District of San Francisco, California. He began in the early 1990s alongside JT the Bigga Figga. He recorded for JT's Get Low Recordz label for several years until he broke away at the end of the decade.

San Quinn was born in October 24, 1977 in Oakland, California. He later moved to San Francisco at a very young age and grew up there. He is signed to, and is the owner of Done Deal Entertainment, LLC. Quinn recorded his first underground album, Don't Cross Me, in 1991, he contributed to J.T.'s Playaz N' the Game and Get Low Playaz Straight Out of the Labb. and afterwards, he recorded a pair of Get Low albums, for example Live N Direct. After all he did, he left J.T The Bigga Figga behind and teamed up with Messy Marv and started on Solo Albums
