San Pietro Island

San Pietro Island (Latitude: 39deg, 08', 44" N; Longitude: 8deg 18' 21" E) is an island approximately 4 nautical miles (7 km) off the South western Coast of Sardinia, Italy. It is within the administrative purview of Cagliari, Sardinia's capital.

Places of interest are Carloforte, a fishing and resort town of 6,000 people ocated on San Pietro Island.
