San Marinese Communist Refoundation (Rifondazione Comunista Sammarinese), political party in San Marino. RCS was formed when the old Communist Party of San Marino evolved into the Party of Democrats. RCS is modelled after the Communist Refoundation Party of Italy.

The party won 3.38% of the votes in the San Marino parliamentary election, 2001. It was a founding member of the Party of European Left and publishes the magazine Rifondinforma. Its party leader is Ivan Foschi.

In the San Marino parliamentary election, 2006, the party stood as part of the United Left group, which won 8.67% of the votes.
