San Julián is a municipality in the Sonsonate department of El Salvador.

San Julian is a small town located in Sonsonate department, it is also called the Balsam's Capital. The population is about 10,000 people. The municipal Government is terrible, they have a lot of corruption there [citation needed]. The major is Elias Mena Narvaes.
