San Gabriel High School serves a multi-ethnic student population of approximately 2,700 students (55% Asian, 40% Latino, 4% Caucasian, 1% Other).

SGHS offers a variety of AP Classes including, but not limited to: World History, American Government and Politics, Biology, Calculus AB/BC, Psychology, Chemistry, English Language, English Literature, Physics, Spanish Language, Statistics, and newly added Chinese.
