The San Bernardino Pass is a mountain pass (2063 m) in the Swiss Alps connecting the Hinterrhein and the Mesolcina (Misox) valleys between Thusis (Graubünden) and Bellinzona (Ticino). Located at 46°29.82′N 9°10.32′E, it is not be confused with the Great St. Bernard Pass and the Little St. Bernard Pass.

In 1967, the San Bernardino road tunnel was completed, and the pass road is only open in summer.
