Samuel Orgelbrand

Samuel Orgelbrand (1810-1868) was one of the most prominent Polish publishers of the 19th century. The person to discover the works of Józef Ignacy Kraszewski, he was also the publisher of the Encyklopedia Powszechna, one of the first modern Polish language encyclopedias.
