Samuel Insanally

Samuel Rudolph "Rudy" Insanally (born 23 June 1936 in Georgetown, Guyana) is the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Guyana.[1]
He has served as Foreign Minister since 2001. He served as the Chairman of the United Nations General Assembly from 1993 until 1994. He remains the permanent representative (ambassador) of Guyana to the United Nations.[citation needed]
