Samuel Cocceji

He was the son of Henry Cocceji.
Cocceji was Minister of Justice and Chancellor of Prussia under Frederick the Great; a "prince of lawyers", and "a very Hercules in cleansing <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/search.php?q=law">law</a> stables" as law-reformer.
