Samizdata

Samizdata (derived from Samizdat, a system of clandestine publication of banned literature in the USSR) is a group weblog with contributors from Britain, the United States, and Australia. Originally named Libertarian Samizdata, it has dropped the adjective as it was no longer fully representative of its editors' position.
The editors describe Samizdata.net as a blog for people with a critically rational individualist perspective. We are developing the social individualist meta-context for the future. From the very serious to the extremely frivolous...[citation needed]
One thing it is notable for is that its chief editor Perry de Havilland popularized the expression barking moonbat on the blog and another editor Adriana Cronin-Lukas supplied an appropriate definition.
