Sam Stacey (born 5 August 1983) from Stainforth, Doncaster, England, was mentioned in the Guinness Book of World records for having the longest legs in the world.

Her legs are 126.36 cm (49.75 in). She stands 6 feet 4 inches tall (193cm).

She is studying to become a nurse and occasionally models.
