Sam Hiti

Sam Hiti is an independent comic book author and illustrator based in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

His works, including the first part in his series Tiempos Finales (End Times), are self-published under his own publishing company La Luz. He is also the recipient of the prestigious Xeric Grant for his work.

Many of his illustrations draw on Sergio Leone spaghetti westerns and the Rambo series of films. His unique drawing style employs thick often unclear lines and rough utilization of ink. Among his fans is Hellboy creator Mike Mignola, who claimed Tiempos was the best comic book of the year.
