Sam is the fictional character in the Nickelodeon television series The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius. He is the owner the only candy bar in Retroville. He is an overweight, bald middled aged man, and usually wears a white shirt with vertical black stripes (possibly in an attempt to look "slim" due to the visual allusion of vertical stripes).
