From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
[edit] Summary
Author is the New Zealand Electoral Commission. It is fair usage, as it is in the campaign by the NZEC to promote understanding of MMP. Source URL: http://www.elections.org.nz/voting/sample_ballot_paper.html (only comes up in IE for some reason, not in Firefox). For info on usage of this image see: http://www.elections.org.nz/sitehelp/copyright.html
Not sure where this is covered in the Licensing box (it has to much legalese for me), so I am leaving it on "I do not know the license".
