[edit] Summary

Sam Whittingham and his bike (A Varna Diablo). I assert that this image is fair use in the article Sam Whittingham because:

  • it is or has been used without attirbution on sites selling unrelated bikes, e.g. [1], [2]
  • it is or has been used with attribution on non-commercial sites not owned by the copyright holder, e.g. [3]
  • its use here does not impact the ability of copyright holder John Cassidy to sell the image
  • it illustrates the subject well
  • no equivalent free-use image can be found at this time
