I think it's judgement notability doesn't give notability to this guy. Only if, in the future, the Supreme Court decission on this case becomed an influential precedent, and that precedent were know by this guy's name, I think he could be notable. In the future. The precedent is already known by his name. A google search on "Hamdan v. Rumsfeld" gets 227,000 hits. -- Geo Swan 22:14, 29 June 2006 (UTC)
