Salvatore Gambino (born 27 November 1983, Hagen) is a professional footballer, who plays for 1. FC Köln. Gambino plays in the midfield, but can play of a striker as well.

Since 1996, Gambino has been playing for Borussia Dortmund, first with the C-juniors, later with the b-juniors, then the A-juniors and then the amateur team. He completed the 2003/2004 season with twenty league appearances in the season. Due to injuries, in the 2004/2005 season, he only played in ten league games for Dortmund. Gambino is noted as a player with a good dribbling technique and is an exciting prospect for German football. He transferred to 1. FC Köln in summer 2006.
