Salmon River (Clackamas County, Oregon)

The Salmon River is a small river in Oregon's Cascade Range and drains a portion of southern Mount Hood. The Salmon is fed from creeks south of Tom Dick Mountain and the area near Snow Bunny. It is approximately 20 miles (32 km) in length and flows initially southward for a few miles, then turns WNW to its confluence with the Sandy River near the community of Brightwood, Oregon.
