Sally Sheffield (born 17 June 1941 in Brooklyn, New York) was Playboy magazine's Playmate of the Month for the May 1969 issue. Her centerfold was photographed by Pompeo Posar.
Sally studied psychology and music at Wellesley College and lived in Israel on a kibbutz for a short time. She can speak French and Hebrew; her hobbies included music, cooking and horseback riding, in which she excelled. (She was considered one of best 10 riders in New York City's National Horse Show when she was just 16.)
