The Salisbury Post is a newspaper in Salisbury, North Carolina that serves the city and other municipalities in Rowan County, as well as the county itself. The Post was founded in 1905 and is considered by journalists and press leaders state-wide as a leader in newspapers its size. As of 2006, the publisher of the Post was Lucy C. Tally and its editor was Elizabeth G. Cook. Its writers include Rose Post, Mark Wineka, and Katie Scarvey.
