Saline Middle School

Saline Middle School is a middle school in Saline, Michigan. It houses grades 7-8. As of 2005, there are about 60 staff and about 900 students.

For the 2006-2007 school year, the middle school moved into the "old" high school building (which had been vacant for two years) on Maple Road. At 250,000 square feet, the building is more than double the size of the now vacant Saline Liberty School. The Middle School also now houses the Saline Senior Center in one of buildings wings. There is room for 1,100 students in the new facility.

Saline Middle School's elective offerings include French, Life Management Skills, Woodshop, Art, Physical Education, Choir, Band, Orchestra, and Technology. Its before and after school activities include swimming, lacrosse, basketball, softball, football, volleyball, track/field, cross country, diving, Future Leaders of America, MathCounts, STAND, Science Olympiad, Quiz Bowl, Destination Imagination, Jazz Band, and Fiddle Club.
