Sakubo is a PC run by twins. One of them is named Bo, who's taken a liking into Haseo. In the Japanese version, Bo calls Haseo "Haseo-niichan" which is a friendly or affectionate way to call some boy older than that person. Bo is fairly shy and quiet. Also, the fact that Bo does things to please Saku, the other twin, is kind of sad. Saku is an obnoxious girl who is obsessed with Endrance. Saku's attitude towards Haseo is nothing but hostility and their conversations aren't really conversations as Haseo does not really react to provocations from an obsessive girl. The twins have no great role in the first game but will soon in the other volumes.

There is no evidence that the PC Sakubo, both twins, can use Avatars. It's not even confirmed that Saku can see Avatars. However, Bo seemed to realize Haseo's Avatar transformation to defeat Bordeaux. From descriptions of Epitaph User PCs, Sakubo PC should be able to activate its Avatar for both the twins.
