The Digi-Egg of Courage is a fictional object used in the Digimon Adventure 02 anime series and the Digimon card game. It is one of the 15 Digi-Eggs (11 from the anime series, and 4 others from the Digimon video games) used for Armor Digivolution.

The Digi-Egg of Courage belonged to Davis Motomiya, and allowed his Digimon Partner Veemon to Armor Digivolve into Flamedramon. It carries the symbol from the Crest of Courage, which belonged to Taichi "Tai" Kamiya.

Most of the Armor Digimon created by this Digi-Egg are related to fire and dinosaurs, and have the Crest of Courage imprinted somewhere on their bodies.

Allomon is the Armor Digimon created when Hawkmon Armor Digivolves using the Digi-Egg of Courage. Allomon resembles an Allosaurus and is Tyrannomon's rival.

Allomon makes an appearance in Digimon Tamers when an Allomon Bio-Emerged into the Real World ^[1] and attacked Renamon. It defeated Renamon despite Renamon's Tamer, Rika's Digi-Modifying. However, before the Allomon could deliver its finishing blow, Guilmon and Terriermon arrived and knocked it away from Renamon with their attacks. Allomon was then destroyed when it was frozen solid by Renamon’s Data Chip modification.

Baromon is Patamon's Armor form when it uses the Digi-Egg of Courage. It is named after Barong, the King of Spirits in Bali mythology.

A Baromon was at VP Labs when Takato and Kai ventured there to rescue Minami. It and its followers, Sepikmon, Pipismon and Ponchomon, held Minami hostage in order to force her father to reveal the location of the vaccine program he had created for his V-Pets. Shisamon and Growlmon arrived on the scene; Baromon was able to hold them back with missiles from its chest but as it battled Shisamon, Growlmon blindsided it and destroyed it with a Dragon Slash attack.

A Baromon acts as a historian of sorts for the Digital World,^[2]. The Baromon approached the DigiDestined after they defeated Cherubimon to warn them of the impending resurrection of Lucemon. Its initial methods did not invoke trust from them as it barred their way with its Meteor Dance to make them listen to what it had to say. When they Spirit Evolved to attack it, it revealed its true intent and took them to a tunnel, where the recorded history of the Digital World played out before them. Baromon narrated the spectacle; revealing Lucemon’s involvement in the corruption of Cherubimon and its plan to rebirth itself. When Lucemon’s newest servants, the Royal Knights, attacked, even the most powerful evolutions of the kids could not defeat them. Baromon stepped forth and called down its Meteor Dance, but the combined power of the Royal Knights easily shattered its attack and destroyed Baromon, who was protecting the children from them.

A Baromon resides in the Holy Capital. It and some Piximon welcome Masaru Daimon, Tohma H. Norstein, Yoshino Fujieda, and their Digimon partners into the Holy Capital, but only for them to be bound by the Pumpkinmon since it believed they were involved with what Akihiro Kurata did to the Digimon. It was responsible for unleashing Cerberumon in the stadium until. After discovering Masaru's connections with Suguru, it decided to spare them. It also destroyed one of the Gizmon during the Gizmon.

A Boarmon was among the Beast Digimon on HippoGryphomon's side in the Beast Digimon/Human Digimon war. It, along with a Rabbitmon and an Oryxmon, took part in an attack that destroyed themselves and their enemies.

A bunch of large Boarmon were recruited by SaberLeomon and the Gotsumon who worked for Mercurimon to invade the Real World. During battle with RiseGreymon, MachGaogamon, Lilamon, KnightChessmon, and Peckmon, a mysterious man activated a trigger that opened a gate which sucked the Boarmon in.

Veemon becomes Flamedramon during the battle against Parallelmon. Flamedramon then discards its armor as a diversion, which allows Zeromaru to behead Parallelmon.

A Flamedramon can be obtained by having a Veemon with 4+ DP.

• Flamedramon is playable in Digimon World 2, where it is one of the digivolutions of Veemon. It can digivolve into Raidramon, who can in turn become Imperialdramon.
• Flamedramon is Veemon's first digivolution in Digimon Rumble Arena 2, and can then further digivolve into Imperialdramon.
• In Digimon World DS, Flamedramon can be used if you have the Digi-Egg of Courage item and an ExVeemon with the appropriate statistics.

When Takato was dreaming before the birth of Guilmon, he was taken to a part of town where, at the moment, Rika and Renamon were fighting a Lynxmon that had bio-emerged. The fight raged on until Renamon destroyed it with its Diamond Storm attack.

10 Years Ago as told by both Mercurimon and Kurata, a Lynxmon attacked Kurata while Suguru Daimon was taking pictures of a bunch of Gomamon. Suguru saved Kurata by throwing Lynxmon into the ocean.
