Sainte-Marie-de-Kent, New Brunswick

Sainte-Marie-de-Kent (46°47′N 64°82′W, AST) is a village located in Kent County, New Brunswick, Canada about 45 km from the city of Moncton. The population of the town in 1996 was 2,208. The town's inhabitants are mostly Acadians, most of whom speak French in its local variant Chiac.

Sainte-Marie-de-Kent is the site of the Kent County Agricultural Fair, one of New Brunswick's oldest and largest agricultural fairs, a five-day event which has been held annually, during last full week of August, since 1956.
