[edit] History

In 1925, Saint Mary's Hall was administered as a non-profit educational institution with an independent Board of Trustees. Saint Mary's Hall moved their educational facilities to the site on French Place, where the school operated for 43 years.

In 1964, the Board of Trustees addressed the problems of progress and expansion and concluded that the school should develop a new campus to meet the present needs and future demands for excellence in the field of independent education.

In 1968, a new 66-acre campus offered modern and carefully-planned facilities for young ladies and professors attending the boarding and day programs.

In 1979, a coeducational day program was instated through Form 8 and by 1986, the coeducational program was implemented through Form 12.
