Saint Arnold can refer to several different Roman Catholic saints.
- Arnulf of Metz was bishop of Metz and adviser to the Australasian court. He is cited as patron saint of brewery.
- Arnold of Soissons was a monk and later bishop of Soissons. He is also cited as a patron of brewers.
- Another St. Arnold was a Greek active in the court of Charlemagne around 800.
