Sailor V Makes The Scene is the twenty-ninth episode of the English dub of the anime series Sailor Moon.

A man is robbing a bank when suddenly, Sailor Moon appears out of nowhere and foils his plans heroically. Luna (voiced by Jill Frappier) is watching the news report and wonders if Serena (Terri Hawkes) really is capable of doing such a thing. In the meantime, Serena and Lita (Susan Roman) are taking advantage of their day off from school eating junk when they witness two window washers almost falling off their gondola. Sailor Moon suddenly appears and rescues them effortlessly. Serena can’t believe her eyes. Darien (Toby Proctor) also notices how unlikely this is for the Sailor Moon he knows and decides to follow her. Meanwhile, the girls get together to discuss the possibility of this being the fifth and final sailor soldier but Luna has no idea. Suddenly, they hear a scream and see the other Sailor Moon hanging from a construction crane. Another one of Queen Beryl’s (Naz Edwards) generals, Malachite (Dennis Akayama) is responsible and begins to lift her higher and higher. Tuxedo Mask soon appears and frees her but she takes out an ice spear and stabs him in the back. The fake Sailor Moon is actually Zoycite (Kirsten Bishop) in disguise. As the two fight, Tuxedo Mask’s mask is knocked off. Queen Beryl, who is watching all this, recognizes him from somewhere. Just as he’s about to be stabbed again, a mysterious shadowy figure strikes Zoycite with a beam of energy and Tuxedo Mask disappears to safety. Back at the construction site, the four Sailor Scouts are trapped by Malachite as Zoycite warns of another possible threat to their plan. They call upon Tuxedo Mask to give up his crystals, threatening to destroy the Scouts if he doesn't, when suddenly another Sailor Scout appears. She breaks the hold they have on the girls using her attack and Zoycite and Malachite are forced to leave. Sailor Venus (Stephanie Morgenstern) and her cat Artemis (Ron Rubin) have finally arrived. The other girls ask Sailor Venus if she is the Moon Princess. She says she doesn't know.
