The Last Sailor Warrior, Sailor Venus Appears (最後のセーラー戦士、ヴィーナス登場 Saigono Sailor Senshi Venus toujou?) is the thirty-third episode of the Pretty Soldier Sailor Moon anime.
The official English-language translation of this episode is called Sailor V Makes The Scene. It was produced by DiC, and aired on American television in 1995.

Queen Beryl is not amused - she is watching a vision of Nephrite's death. Zoisite says to Queen Beryl that Tuxedo Mask always comes and rescues the Sailor Senshi when they're in trouble. Zoisite tells Queen Beryl that he wants to lure Tuxedo Mask out to get Tuxedo Mask's two rainbow crystals. Queen Beryl warns Zoisite that it is his last chance. Kunzite comes and says that he will separate Tuxedo Mask from the Sailor Senshi. Queen Beryl approves, and Zoisite says that he would lose his life for Kunzite.
One day, a man is robbing a bank when suddenly, Sailor Moon appears out of nowhere and foils his plans heroically. Luna is watching the news report and wonders if Usagi really is capable of doing such a thing. In the meantime, Usagi and Makoto are taking advantage of their day off from school, eating crepes, when they witness two window washers that are almost falling off their gondola. Suddenly, Sailor Moon appears and rescues them effortlessly. Usagi can’t believe her eyes. She cries, and says that she should be getting money out of this. There is also a closeup on a girl with long blonde hair. Mamoru also notices something cut the ropes before Sailor Moon rescues the window washers - it could have only been the other Sailor Moon! He decides to follow the other Sailor Moon.
Meanwhile, the girls get together to discuss the possibility of this being the fifth and final Sailor Soldier but Luna can't provide any answers. Suddenly, they hear a scream and see the other Sailor Moon hanging from a construction crane. Kunzite is controlling the crane and begins to lift her higher and higher. Suddenly, Tuxedo Mask appears and frees her but she takes out an ice spear and stabs him in the back.
The fake Sailor Moon is actually Zoisite in disguise. The two fight and Tuxedo Mask's mask is knocked off. Queen Beryl, who is watching all this, recognizes him from somewhere. Just as Tuxedo Mask is about to be hurt again, a mysterious shadowy figure strikes Zoisite with a "Crescent beam" of energy and Tuxedo Mask disappears to safety. Back at the construction site, the four Sailor Soldiers are trapped by Kunzite as Zoisite tells Kunzite that Tuxedo Mask was free. They tell Tuxedo Mask to give up his crystals in exchange for the lives of the girls. The girls can't breathe, and Tuxedo Mask comes out to surrender the rainbow crystals. Suddenly another Sailor Soldier appears. She attacks the Generals and breaks the hold they have on the girls. The Generals are forced to leave. Sailor Moon asks the Sailor Soldier if she's Sailor V. A white cat introduces the Sailor Soldier as Sailor V - who is also Sailor Venus. Luna recognises the other cat, and calls him Artemis. Sailor Moon asks Sailor Venus if she is the Moon Princess. Sailor Venus simply smiles.[1]

The closeup on the blonde girl was cut out, and so was some of the scene where the fake Sailor Moon stabs Tuxedo Mask. When Sailor Venus is asked if she's the Moon Princess, she replies "I don't know."[2]
In this episode's "Sailor Says" segment, the Sailor Scouts talk about the need for eating healthily. Sailor Mars says "You wanna be like us? Stay fit and healthy."[3]
