[edit] Plot summary
During a shopping trip with Ami, Usagi enters a new clock store with unbelievable prices. Usagi and Ami see a clock that looks almost identical to Luna, and Usagi wants to buy it, however, unfortunately she has no allowance left. When Usagi gets home, Ikuko-mama presents her with a surprise gift - the clock that Usagi and Ami saw. That night, when everyone was asleep, the clocks began to glow. Jadeite had concocted yet another plan to steal human energy by accelerating their concept of time. The following morning, everyone, including Usagi and her parents, rush and stress about time, much to Ami and Luna’s surprise. An investigation ensues and Luna offers Ami a supercomputer that helps her analyse data. Upon closer observation, Usagi’s clock is empty with the exception of an eerie light that instantly flies away when the back is opened. When the two confront Usagi, they persuade her to transform and along with Sailor Mercury, Sailor Moon enters the clock store. The youma tricks the Sailor Senshi into entering a dimension inside a clock. With a little help from Tuxedo Mask, Sailors Moon and Mercury destroy the youma that resides there and return the whole city to normal.
