Punish Them! The House of Fortune is the Monster's Mansion (おしおきよ!占いハウスは妖魔の館 Oshiokiyo! Uranai house wa youma no yakata?) is the second episode of the Pretty Soldier Sailor Moon anime.
This episode was never dubbed into English by DiC, probably due to content concerns. [1]
[edit] Plot summary
Umino has a crush on Usagi, but is unsure of how to approach her. He asks Naru for advice. She tells him that Usagi is not like a dating sim and she tells him to go and get his fortune read. In the mean time, Queen Beryl, the acting leader of Dark Kingdom, consults her general, Jadeite, of the progress in Tokyo. Jadeite has sent one of his youma servants disguised as a fortuneteller, to capture human energy. While walking through Jūban district that night, Usagi comes upon the famous fortune-teller her classmates all talk about so enthusiastically. A new fortune teller has just set up shop nearby, so no-one comes to see him any more. She pays for a palm reading and the fortuneteller informs her that there is a boy who she already knows who is interested in her. She thinks it’s her crush Motoki, who works at the Crown Arcade. She goes to visit him, and he lets her play the new Sailor V game. After Luna comes and gets her from the arcade, she dashes back to the fortune-teller, but he's shut up shop for the night. She debates with herself if she should go to the new fortune-teller or not, so she decides to flip her shoe - if it lands one way, she'll ask the old fortune-teller, and if it lands the other way, she'll ask the new fortune-teller. Her shoe lands on the man in the green jacket's head. He teases her, and she becomes so angry that she leaves and goes home.
The next day at school, Naru questions Usagi about Umino. Umino, dressed weirdly, asks Usagi out with a strange burst of confidence. Haruna-sensei tells Umino off for his clothing, but Umino flips up her skirt and says a lewd remark. A group of students start doing mischief, and Umino tries to steal a kiss from Usagi. Luna suspects foul play. Usagi reluctantly transforms into Sailor Moon (initially forgetting her transformation phrase) and defeats the youma Balm with her tiara, returning everyone back to normal and preventing human energy from being collected by Jadeite. The next day, Umino apologises to Usagi for his behaviour. [2][3]
