Rubeus was sent by the Wiseman to take care of business in the past. He brings with him four sisters which are foils of the Sailor Scouts. He is deceitful and adheres to his ultimate duty, willing to take whatever steps necessary to accomplish his goal, and he ultimately has to, for the sisters first consistently fail and then later see the light and are converted.
Rubeus ultimately has to try to trap Sailor Moon by capturing the other Sailor Scouts, but after a fierce battle, Rubeus tries to blow us his ship (with the Sailor Scouts trapped inside), and it backfires as Rubeus himself is trapped when the ship explodes.
Attacks:
- Dark Energy Bomb: He forms a barrage of dark energy bombs from both hands and throws them at his target.
- Dark Energy Blast: He forms both hands together and shoots a massive black energy wave at his target.
- Gravity Shield: Creates a black energy shield surrounding him.

Esmeraude is the beautiful but obnoxious Commander in Chief of the DarkMoon forces. She is very vain and has a really horrible, HORRIBLE laugh. *Cringes*
She is obsessed with Prince Demando and wishes to be his Queen one day, or at least take over the whole operation.
This was her weakness, however, and Wiseman used it against her, transforming her jealousy of the Prince's love for Serenity into a dragon facade, which was killed by the Sailor Scouts, thus also killing Esmeraude.
Attacks:
- Dark Energy Ball: She forms a black energy ball and throws it at her target.
- Dark Energy Bolt: She shoots a gigantic dark energy ball added with a lightning element out of her orange fan and aims at a wide range of targets she chooses.

Safiru is the younger, overlooked brother of Demando, and what seems like a head advisor.
Safiru uses his abilities to create the droids and space craft used in the war against Crystal Tokyo and the Past. He also created Esmeraude's Dark Crystal wedges.
Safiru supports his brother's choices no matter what, but truly believes that Wiseman is up to no good.
His death occurred when he traveled to the past to warn Demando of Wiseman's treachery, but he was unable to deliver the message completely.
Attacks:
- Rejuvenation: He can heal himself
- Dark Materialization: He can form powerful dark objects out of pure dark energy. He also has used this to create Dark Crystal wedges for Emerald.

Prince Demando is the leader of the Nemesian/DarkMoon Forces. Advised by Wiseman, he is a powerful adversary to the Sailor Scouts. He is easily manipulated by Wiseman's plans and advice.
Demando's strongest weakness is his love for Neo Queen Serenity, which fuels his obsession of Sailor Moon. He longs to be with her more than anything, and spends hours gazing at a holographic projection of her.
His death was the cause of this, as he sacrificed his life for Sailor Moon's at the hand of Wiseman. Of course, Wiseman intended to kill him anyway, so at least that way he died for a good cause.
Attacks:
- Third-Eye Mind Control: His third eye opens up and mind control energy is released, causing the target of this to be under a mind control spell.
- Third-Eye Energy Blast: He opens his third eye releasing a mind blast that paralyzes his targets.
- White Energy Ball: Shoots a white energy ball out of his hands.
- Third-Eye Mind Control: Shoots a huge white energy blast out of his hands.
