Sail Fell
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Sail is a hill in the English Lake District, lying in between Eel Crag and Scar Crags on a ridge which runs along one side of the Coledale vallley. Although Sail is classed as a Wainwright, it cannot be considered as a mountain in its own right, the summit being only slightly raised above the ridge on which it lies. Nevertheless, Sail is often passed on the popular ridge walk from Causey Pike to Eel Crag.
