Saharan languages

The Saharan languages are a subgroup of Nilo-Saharan spoken across parts of the eastern Sahara, extending from northwestern Darfur to eastern Libya, central Chad, and northeastern Nigeria. Noted Saharan languages include Kanuri, Teda, Dazaga, and Zaghawa.
