Numbuh 2 is reading a newspaper about Mr. Fizz, the sultan of soda from Operation: P.O.P. Then, Numbuh 4 tells him that they should deliver the soda at Lime Ricky's bar. They used the KND technology called BOOSTLEGGER (Bicarbonate Operated Offroad Soda Transport Lugs Eleventy Gazillion Gallons Every Run) to carry the soda. Then, they went of the treehouse.

While Numbuh 2 and 4 are driving, Fizz appears on the road with his motorcycle. Then, he began shooting soda bottle caps while singing the song "Pop Goes the Weasel". Then, Numbuh 2 and 4 tries to get away, but couldn't. Then, Fizz activates the De-Soda-Ization Module to remove the soda at the barrels. Fizz activates the device in ten seconds. Then, he jumps to the BOOSTLEGGER, then, opens the barrels. Instead of using the device, Fizz got hit with soda, and the BOOSTLEGGER blast off the sky. In the end, Numbuh 2 and 4 delivers the soda at Lime Ricky's bar.
