[edit] Is it justifiable.....?
The article is about a noted Kerala Cartoonist. He is an artist who had drawn thousands of book covers in Malayalam. Whether there is any sockpuppetry is in the AfD or not[1] is irrelevent. Administrators just check the notability of the artist. He is a notable and highly controversial. Through his sharp nib of pen and brush he used to attack nasty polititians and communal brigades. This provoked many. Please note these links-[2], [3],[4]. Devapriya 12:39, 3 November 2006 (UTC)
- Do not delete He a noted cartoonist in Malayalam cartoon field. No google hits does'nt imply that he is not notable or famouse. That is waht we Wikipedians are for:)!! Kjrajesh --Rajesh Kakkanatt 10:44, 6 November 2006 (UTC)
[edit] What if when many people using same computer of their company
I have a doubt...? Sometimes u may feel it's too trivial. In India, it is very common for more than one person use the same computer. I and my husband are using same computer. In addition to that I'm working as a journalist in a notable Malayalam newspaper company. Hundreds of journalists are using the same IP address of the company's computer. My co-journalists are interested in wiki editing. Recently the it was imputed that we are sock puppet. Actually I was totally innocent. But how can I prove my innocence...? Any way there was no need to cancell this Afd. See this-Wikipedia talk:Articles for deletion/S. Jithesh (2nd nomination) They had to consider the valuable opinions of the other eminent users like User:TruthbringerToronto, User:Mariano Anto Bruno Mascarenhas, User:Bakasuprman, User:Devapriya, etc in the discussion. A re-run of the Afd in a new environment was okay as per User:Splash. But someone deleted the page and protected it from further editing...! Is it justifiable. Am I Correct...? Also see the discussion in this regard- Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Kerala If there is sock puppetry punish them if it is proved beyond all doubts. Here sock puppetry is not proved beyond all doubts. But why they have punished the article...? I have never done sockpuppetry. I have popularised wikipedia and encouraged many to visit and contribute Malayalam Language related articles..! Is it a big crime...? If so I'm so so sorry to all....! Please pardon me.. Nileena joseph (Talk|Contribs) 21:03, 11 November 2006 (UTC)
