It's a song written and produced by Jean-Jacques Goldman.
"S'il Suffisait d'Aimer" music video (live) was directed by Yannick Saillet in 1998 and released in 1999. The video was included later on Céline's On Ne Change Pas DVD.
The single was released in selected European countries, reaching #4 in France and #19 in Europe. It was certified gold in France (262,000 copies sold).
Live version of "S'il Suffisait d'Aimer" appeared on the Au Coeur Du Stade album and DVD.
The song was also included on the On Ne Change Pas greatest hits compilation in 2005.
