Sørli is a village and former municipality in Nord-Trøndelag county, Norway. Sørli was a part of Lierne until this municipality was split in two parts, Sørli og Nordli, on 1 July 1915. Lierne had been separated from Snåsa on 1 January 1874.

When Sørli became a municipality of its own it had a population of 739.

On 1 January 1964 Sørli and Nordli were reunited to form the municipality Lierne. Before the merger Sørli had a population of 898.
