Sør Arena

Sør Arena (en: South Arena), is the name of the new stadium of the Norwegian football team I.K. Start, located in Torsviga, in Kristiansand. The stadium is currently under construction, and will be ready for the 2007 Norwegian Premier League season. The stadium is named after Start's mainsponsor, Sparebanken Sør, who's secured the rights for the stadium name for 10 years and as shirt sponsors from 2007-2010. The capacity of the new stadium will be 14.300, and the total construction costs, is NOK 190 millions (€24 millions-£16 millions-$27 millions).
