Söderstadion is a football stadium in Stockholm, Sweden. It was opened in 1966 although there had already existed stadiums at the site, the earliest opened in 1918 under the name Johanneshovs Idrottsplats, and a first stadium with the current name was built in 1950. Söderstadion has a capacity of 15,600–16,197 depending on usage. Bandy was played at Söderstadion wintertime until 1989, the arena has also been used for ice hockey.

The current record attendance is 15,626 and was set 6 April 2004, when Hammarby IF faced Malmö FF.

The stadium is mentioned by its old name in the movie My Life as a Dog (1985), where the main character tells the audience of a motorcycle accident that occurred during a motorcycle show performed there. The stadium is located just next to the Stockholm Globe Arena. It is most easily reached from the Stockholm Metro stations Gullmarsplan or Globen.

Discussions are currently underway about building a new stadium of the site. Hammarby wants a modern 25,000-seat football-only stadium, while Annika Billström of the social democratic municipal government wants to build a 50,000-seat multi-use arena as part of a new part of town known as "Evenemangsstaden" or "The Event City". The right block has promised to build a stadium according to Hammarby's wants if they win the election.

On 28 August 2006, the Stockholm derby between Hammarby and Djurgårdens IF was cancelled after 51 minutes after one linesman was knocked by a coin and home fans later invaded the pitch when Djurgården was three goals ahead. The events were immediately branded as 'the most scandalous in Swedish football history'. However, on 26 May 1993 much larger riots occurred following the same Stockholm derby when hundreds of fans from both teams invaded the pitch and fought each other.
