I believe this is misidentified. As per this page, this is a portrait by Jean-Joseph Ansiaux of Michel-Laurent de Sélys-Longchamps 1759-1837, the father of Michel Edmond de Sélys Longchamps 1813-1900. - Nunh-huh 07:23, 16 December 2005 (UTC)
