Ryan Adam Spilborghs (born September 5, 1979 in Santa Barbara, California), is an outfielder in the Colorado Rockies system. The Rockies drafted Spilborghs in the 7th round of the 2002 draft out of the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Ryan got his start as a baseball player in the local youth leagues of Santa Barbara. Originally a pitcher, Ryan played for many championship teams. While he garnered many accolades early in his baseball career, Spilborghs would prefer to forget his memorable bases-loaded walk of Erik Johnson in the Mustang League championship. The run that scored ended up costing his team the championship trophy.

Ryan is one of few major league baseball players of both Belgian and Guatemalan descent. This odd mix of cultures earned him the name "Guat" while attending Santa Barbara High School.

Ryan's favorite drink is Guat Juice (Cactus Cooler).

Ryan enjoys top tanking in his free time.

Ryan's favorite wrestler is The Rock.
