Ryan Lavery is a fictional character on the long-running soap opera All My Children, as portrayed by Cameron Mathison from 1998 to 2002 and from 2003 to present. He has a son now with Kendall Hart. He has been previously linked to Greenlee, Kendall's best friend.

Ryan Lavery reappeard when he help Alexander Cambias on his deathbed in Las Vegas, Nevada. Alexander left Ryan the Cambias fortune when he found out that Michael Cambias had raped Bianca Montgomery. He left the fortune with the simple stipulation that only if Alex had no living heir other than Michael will Ryan receive the money. When it was found out that Bianca was pregnant with Michael's baby Ryan decided to return to Pine Valley.
