Ryan Homes

Ryan Homes was started as a family business in Pittsburgh, PA in 1948 and is now recognized as one of the ten largest home builders and financial service companies in the United States. Eventually, Ryan Homes merged with NVHomes. NVHomes and Ryan operate under the corporate umbrella NVR. Ryan Homes are currently being built in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Ohio, Northern Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia. NVHomes are currently being built in Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Washington D.C.
