Ryan Eagleson

Ryan Eagleson (born December 17, 1974) was an Irish cricketer. He was a right-handed batsman and a right-arm medium-fast bowler.
His career with the Irish cricket team stretched back to 1996, just three years after the ICC decided to recognize them as a team. Eagleson's cricketing career, however, was hampered by a severe back injury, which left him mostly unable to perform for both club and country.
He first played cricket for Glamorgan in the 1996 Second XI Championship, though he soon transferred to Derbyshire, for whom he played for the AON Risks Trophy in 1999. He made only one first-class appearance for Derbyshire, but broke his finger in a game where Muttiah Muralitharan compiled match statistics of 11 for 61.
Most recently Eagleson played in the 2004 C&G Trophy for Ireland against Surrey, a somewhat inconspicuous appearance.
