From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Ryan Dollard is currently a sports reporter for Border Television's Lookaround. He was born in the Cumbria region on 20th November 1980 and has continued a long tradition of Carlisle locals by leaving the area for only brief periods of time [citation needed]. He was educated at Fitzwilliam College, Cambridge[citation needed], reading English[citation needed]. He then went on to work briefly in Security head-hunting[citation needed], before training as a journalist in Harlow[citation needed] and going on to work his way through the ranks at Border Television[citation needed]. This climb in his career culminated in nomination for the Royal Television Society most promising newcomer of the year award [1], and he is soon to make his national TV debut on TV's Naughtiest Blunders[citation needed].
Ryan has left ITV Border to move to a new job in the sports department with Russia Today TV in Moscow [2].
