[edit] Fair use claim for photo to be used in Babe Ruth article
This photo dates from 1930. The source is Babe: The Legend Comes to Life a book published in 1974 by Simon and Shuster, authored by Robert W. Creamer. Photo credit is given to United Press International.
A fair use of this photo is made so it may be inserted into the Babe Ruth article on the section, "New Marriage." This section mentions Ruth's wife Claire as being a major influence on him during his last 18 years, and a photo of her is appropriate. This size of this photo used in the article is smaller than its source, and used with less resolution. The fair use of this photo is for informational and educational purposes only.
