"Rusty Nail" is a song written by Yoshiki Hayashi, and originally released as a single on June 10, 1994 by the influential Japanese rock band X Japan. It would later become one of the tracks of their last album released in 1996, Dahlia. The single reached number one in Japan for some weeks and become one of the most populars songs of X Japan in their later years since it was performed in most of the X Japan lives in that period and was played in lot of Japanse TV Programs. Rusty Nail was one of the last songs of X Japan that it was not a ballad, but it also contains some calm parts like in the middle of the song.
